this is a company calling out of buffalo NY and making threats of fraud and all kinds of things to have me arrested for. John Clark called me a thousand times and if i was nice to him he would call me sweetie and if i was asking to may questions he would get agitated with me. they are really rude and make threats and i am in the process of filing papers on them with the FTC and the atty general here in NC. i was once told that my actions were forcing them to have me served.

Hope you have records of the conversations where they have made threats.

Have you tried sending a validation letter to them?

thanks for the link SC I have not recorded the actual conversations however I do have voicemails where they have left threatinging messages. i am in the process of filing bankruptcy and so my attorney is taking care of them for me.

also just learned that they called my parents and gave false information as well as what the call was about and how much i owed them. cant wait to see what happens after they learn i have filed for bankruptcy

these jerks called me a million times today! Mr Clark and investigator rose.... man they really must feel good about themselves when they lay down at night. I called their bluff on all of the garbage they were threatening me with. i told them to bring it on! What losers.
