Do all debt consolidation plans close out the credit cards they are consolidating? I would like for my credit cards to be "frozen" and their limits dropped, but not closed out. I've had some of them for 10 years!

Unfortunately no matter what program you do " debt settlement or debt management" the accounts will have to be closed. Sorry I wish there was such a program. Sad
