you know what is crazy, you over pay and they just "paid in full" the account, they don't refund you what you overpaid...not fair really.

well i rather they tell me is paid in full then have them harrass me like GFSIL they threat to call my employer and told where to go and where to put it!
you have to pay for these mistakes somehow.
i have 4 more to go so lets keep the fight going...i cannot thank the poeple in this website anymore.

I understand Creditor what you mean.
Look at the other side, if we were not aware of the legal things, people will send more money to companies like these who never halt. You have to push their brakes and that happens when you know what is right. In a way, the money that is gone cannot be recovered unless you hire an attorney who charges high fees. So far, things sound good because no one will bug you for a payment on the account marked closed.

yes, i did have the aggrevating calls this morning one from ameriloan and one from GFSIL and i will think i won the first of many fights with them by the way the conversation went.
