i'm in debt. i've owe about 3 credit cards about 2800.00 all together. I'm behind on my bike payment and will be catching up with that when i get my income tax. I still owe about 9000 on my bike and only 1500 behind. I'm behind about 5 or 6 payments each. im not working and currently collecting unemployement until I get a good job. how should i go about my debt. debt consolidation or what. any advice would be helpful.

I agree, even if its only a little more that what you're getting for unemployment you need to find some kind of job to increase your income. If you can continue to collect unemp for a while you might also want to consider asking around for cleaning or painting jobs that you can get paid under the table while on unemployment. As long as you don't make over a certain amount than you don't have to claim it on your taxes. Try to take comfort in the fact that most american households are over 8K in credit card debt alone. Trust me thing could always be worse. Just keep your head up and you'll find a way through it!
