I have a car loan close to 15,000, a personal loan for 7,000 and credit cards 5,000 am I able to get all of them combined together??

Generally you can consolidate your unsecured loans but not your secured car loan. I say generally but there are so many plans out there you might find one where you can. There are some experts here who can elaborate on this.

Here are your options in a debt management program. You will have all your unsecured debts combined under one plan and pay at lower interest rates. The counselor will negotiate with your creditors to waive off most of the fees from your total debt.
