I'm looking to consolidate my medical bills, so that I can establish my credit.
my current balance of debt is $7,592.15

Welcome to the forum! You should be contacted shortly by a debt consolidation counselor who can discuss your situation and explain the options available to you for consolidating your medical bills.
I certainly feel for you, I was where you are with medical bills last year. If I had only known about this site back then, it might have saved us a lot of money and stress!

Welcome 
While you wait for the consultant's call, why not go through the various available options in your debt management program. You can either consolidate all your debts into one repayment plan. The interest rates will be lowered down from what you are paying at present. In case, if you are unable to afford the monthly payments set in the consolidation plan, debt settlement can also be an option. You may get your total debt reduced by 40% to 60%. You'll see find some helpful tips here
