It doesn't matter who the company is attorney based settlement companies WILL NOT represent you in court and trust me you will be sued. Deal with these creditors yourself and find a way to make a budget and stick to it. The creditors will work with you better than and settlement company. We lost more clients because they settled accounts for less than we could and yes we were attorney based. These companies are only after one thing your money and to see how far you will go before cancelling. Also these companies have a no refund policy so anything you put in towards their "fees" you will never get back. Good luck to you and I hope you take my advice it will save you court fees and time.
