Default Corporate Turnaround

Does anyone have any experience with Corporate Turnaround?

I am a small business and have signed up with them and wanted to hear any feedback there is.

UPDATE:
I have been working with Corporate Turnaround for a year now and have to say that I have been very pleased with the situation. They have already settled half of my accounts (including Advanta) and are working on the other half.

they are terrible, i have had a bad experience with them, they keep all your money & don't pay your creditors off, there are many lawsuits against them from former clients
if you end early you get charged tons of fees and you lose all of your money in the escrow account that could've gone to settling your debts

The nine-year-old company helps troubled small businesses pay off their debts and avoid bankruptcy. Clients sign a non-cancelable contract and agree to make monthly payments to Corporate Turnaround, which becomes a secured creditor and agrees to pay the debtor's bills.

But the North Carolina attorney general in October 2006 alleged that Corporate Turnaround collected $1.8 million from dozens of North Carolina small businesses to settle debts with creditors, and then kept most of the money.

I know a couple that has a contract with Corporate Turnaround and I don't recommend it. My friends have paid CT more than the only cancellation of debt that CT could negotiate. Long story short, you will end up paying more to CT than your current debt. It will be better for you to negotiate directly with the companies. PLUS you cannot cancel the contract with CT even if you are as unhappy as my friends, since you will have to pay even more fees. It's a real scam.

Default Corp Turnaround

Getting ready to file suit against them in VA. They took over $8,000, did not pay one creditor and will not give us our money back. BEWARE - they are bad news and will rip you off. They take advantage of those of us who are in need of some relief, but yet they STEAL from you. BAD, BAD thugs.

Default Corporate Turnaround Scam: White collar thieves

Corporate Turnaround Scam:
We signed up with them as well and they never paid any of our creditors and they kept all the money claiming that was their fees although their contract states they receive a percentage of what you save, instead they kept all the money they debited from our account and did not pay one vendor. We then refused to make more payments to them they then in turn told our creditors that they were not paying them because we stopped the payments. It was really a scam and unfortunately we were in a position that we thought they could help when we signed up. This company also sends documents to you that can't be opened to stall and they send bogus statements.... They prey upon the bad economy and businesses in need of help....Really a shame that this goes on... They will eventually get caught

Default Corporate Turnaround Scam:

Corporate Turnaround Scam:
I just wanted to post a follow up about my experiences with Corporate Turnaround.

I have been working with them for about 8 months now and have been very happy with the situation. I have several accounts several accounts with them and they have already settled 3 very much to my satisfaction (including Advanta which is said to be near impossible).

My account representative has been very helpful and supportive even during the beginning when I was dealing with the harassing calls from the creditors.

They took our money for months and didn't pay bills, then told us they aren't allowed to practice in our state. I will definitely contact a lawyer.

Default CT is GREAT!!!!

All these posts about CT being scammers is BS most likely posted by competition. I am a REAL CT customer and I could not have made it through the last 5 years without them. Not only are they legit, they saved my sanity. I turned to CT about 5 years ago when I was at my wit's end trying to keep my 20 year interior design business afloat. I had gotten myself into a financial crisis, running up my credit lines trying to keep my employees paid even though i didn't have enough work. I kept thinking things would pick up again. Of course it didn't and you can imagine how things went down hill from there. Lost employee's after all that, interest and penalties out the wazoo. Sleepless nights. NIGHTMARE. From day one with CT my counselor, who in my eyes an angel on this earth, Adam Lang, took the reins and I will be forever grateful. A few annoying months of phone calls from creditors continued, as apparently they keep trying until they finally give up and work with CT. I just stopped answering, or answered with "contact Adam at CT" and the phone #" Eventually Adam was able to settle or write off a HUGE chunk of my debt. I am over 1/2 way done with it all. They saved me a bunch of money. The fee's they charge are beyond reasonable. CT was very understanding and worked with me on the months I couldn't make my payment, allowing me to catch up the next month. They really went above and beyond the call of duty and I have referred them to several other friends. I highly recommend them.
Not only this, I referred them to several of my friends and they all rave about CT also. One of my friends has already paid off her debt completely and recommended them to two of her friends. Just like anything else out there in the media today...be careful who you listen to. I also worked with Scott Wolven for a few weeks when Adam was on vacation, and he was wonderful, too. If you don't take my word for it, call them yourself and ask them. xxx-xxx-xxxx THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE YOU A LIST OF OTHER HAPPY CLIENTS who, like me, will allow you to call them and ask them yourself. If you call and ask Adam for my #, he will give it to you and I will verify all of this information and prove that I am an actual customer.

Default Corporate Turnaround

I was with CT for about 4 years and was EXTREMELY happy with the results! Many, many times I had to reschedule payments and believe me, my counselor, Adam Lang was a saint about it! Everything they said they would do and that could happen was right, even the unpleasant calls from creditors who did not wantto work with them. You cannot always negotiate with creditors but CT usually does. I only had two out of 25 who wouldn't settle with them. Corporate Turnaround is an honest, knowledgeable and legitimate company who helped me save my pride, business and sanity! You may email me a t XXXXXXXXXX. The negative comments on this site must have Corporate Turnaround confused with some fly by night operation. It is not them. I received statements every month which detailed my payments and the declining balances from creditors. Every counselor to whom I spoke was professional and courteous as well as sensitive to my desperate need!
