I live in FL and my husband has a lot of cards and is fast getting in over his head but won't listen to reason.
Am I going to end p being responsible? My name is not on the cards but if it keeps up, I don't know how this marriage can survive this.

No, Florida is not a community property state, you'd only be responsible if you voluntarily assumed the debts, cosigner, joint accounts ETC

Florida is a common law state with strong equitable distribution jurisprudence.
Ability to earn and title to assets will decide where debt and assets go.
Traditionally, the one with the ability to pay gets stuck with the debt. You may want to get a Bankrutpcy consult if money is causing your marriage to break up.
DO NOT LET THE MONEY CHANGERS CAUSE ENMITY BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND

Fla Lawyer, even if the other party is not a co signor or holds the account jointly they still have to pay if they have the income? My reply above this one was based on the opinion of another FL attorney.
