Thank you for taking the time to read my e-mail. I have may dept .. and I did not pay for five years (I did not have the money) one of the creditor went to court for payment.
I want to pay off all my dept (but after negotiating and reducing the dept) I want some one to clear all this finical mess I am in, please advice .. what I should do!

Welcome to the forum...you can get a lot of info here on how to handle different debts. Can you please first tell us what kind of debt you are talking about?? Credit cards, loans, etc.? And also what stste you live in...then maybe we can point you in the right direction. As a member here you also can get a free consutation with a counselor who may be able to help you with a consolidation program.

Which state are you in? You must check the SOL period where you opened this account. Chances are that if the SOL has already run out, you can't be sued for not paying this debt.
