I wanted to search the forum for Capital Law Group a subsidary of American american credit counselors inc. I am $30,0000 in debt and not currently behind but only paying the min which is now basicly only paying intrest. trying to make sure I am not about to pay a 'stupid tax' with this company. they have a fee of $382 and 35mo for 54 months

Know the feedbacks about this company from your state AG's office. If you are interested to shop with few more companies and compare the quotes, I will recommend speaking to the financial coach of this website. He will get you in touch with a suitable company in your area after going through your debt problems. Call them at 800-601-1579

can't find any thing at BBB and the person answering the phone didn't have anything to say, just be proactive in investigating, well thats helpfull since I can't figure out how I am supposed to do that! OK I am tired I have just been working on this all day. thanx for letting me vent

I have done alot of searching and couldn't come up with much. Where is American Credit Counselors located? I searched the BBB web site, and found one in Florida, and I believe one in Texas-couldn't find anything on the other one.
Have you tried looking at the Ranking chart toward the top of your screen to see if you can locate them?
If you go with any company, ask question about fees, thri process of doing things, etc.

After spending much of the day trying to figure out how Capital Law Group subsidiary, acting as referral agent for debt consolidation fee, is connected to American Credit Counselors and why they deducted $230 dollars from my checking account without having any contract or terms of agreement signed. I've come here via an internet search to see where these companies are located. Only a verbal request on the phone and I find out they've swindled me! Now I try calling several numbers and nobody is giving me any concrete info and/or returning calls.
