I'm so glad I did my own research on this company, they promised you to get you out Debt. Not ture they put you in more debt then before. It sound to good to be ture, I was speaking to someone from credit solutions her name is Michele Thompson account manager asking her, how come your company is not in the Better Business Bureau, her repond was our company is to big for the Better Business bureau. So I call Better Business Bureau directly, I was able to speak to some one and she told me all the negative about the company from grade A to F. there grade was BIG fat F. They been in business since March 2003. In the last 36 months they have 1,712 complaints. More information, go Dallas.bbb.org find out for your self. This is the real deal. credit solutions is scam!

Credit solutions had all the right answers... They understood me, or so I thought. I have always paid my bills, but when my wife lost her job, and I lost any overtime, we were in financial trouble. I had to choose between paying the mortgage, and paying the creditors, an obvious choice. I did everything Credit solutions asked of me... I set up automatic payments into my "Debt Freedom" checking that Credit Solutions withdrew their "fees" from. I filled out all the online forms, gave them all my credit information, and even told my creditors on the phone the canned speech I was told to give them. I was told that Credit Solutions was in contact with my creditors, and that the phone calls should eventually stop. They didn't. 5 months, I was still getting phone calls. So I did my own checking, and learned that Credit Solutions never contacted my creditors. I paid Credit Solutions over 2300 dollars, that I never got back. And I have no recourse. I cant sue Credit Solutions, because their contracts are set up to hold them harmless. It was a scam, still is a scam, and if anyone says otherwise... I would bet my last dollar they, or a friend or family member work for Credit Solutions! If I ever met a member of this foul organization... I would punch them square in the nose. (If you know me, that is very out of character)

Tell everyone you know... Credit Solutions is worthless.

I am so glad New Jersey outlaws these companies. With the dire straits I was in, I might have fallen prey to their scam. As it is, I am doing my own debt settlement. Settled one cc so far.

Now, if NJ would only come down on the pdl companies......

The debt settlement industry is going to be the same anywhere you go, whether it's credit solutions or any other company. They all have a fee for their "service" which is always paid before you actually start saving money to settle your debts (this could take 6 months or longer!!!) If you are in bad shape and honestly cannot make the payments then debt settlement may work for you but honestly I think the industry is a scam. Anyone can settle debts on their own so a big company doing the work for you- and for a fee- is not necessary.

You're absolutely right. All it takes is some reading, time and making a plan. No one's getting my hard-earned money anymore. I can't wait to be debt-free.

yeah!! personal research about the company will surely give you some insight.rather than just depending on some guys/guls opinion.
It may take some time but it is worth investing the time.

I am using Credit Solutions right now and have so far been satisfied. They have helped me so far with one out of 4 cards. I have yet to be able to settle on any other card yet( just the one) but they have done everything they said they would do for me so far.

You can mow your own lawn, do your own dry cleaning, change your own oil, cook your own meals, cut your own hair, you can even legal represent yourself as your own attorney in court. But in most cases its a hastle that people dont want to deal with, or people have no idea how to do those things without messing them up. Its called a service, and you are paying for it. Our economy is driven on services, we are not a manufacturing country anymore. Just make sure you choose the right person or company to work for you.

i just recently left credit solutions as an account manager. let me first say that everything these people are writing is TRUE. i was forced to sit in a cubicle for 11 hours a day for shit pay to call on "clients" the bad thing is that half of these people are already receiving calls from other settlement companies trying to get their business or from creditors. it is like almost harassment what this company is doing to people in order to get them to sign into their program. if you are current on ur payments please stay clear of credit solutions, they do nothing but encourage you to default on your accounts. this is the worst idea ever. if you are behind on your accounts i would consider maybe settlement as a solution but consider doing it on your own before going through CSA. in the end if you ever wanna work for this horrible company then please consider doing ur research because i wasted 2 months of my time being brain washed by a bunch of idiots who think they are in the business of "saving lives" it is nothin but a bunch of bull.

what debt settlement companies like credit solutions does is just take all your debt and work out a deal with the company. You have to do two things, stop paying and save the money they told you to save. If you do that you get out of debt faster. it hurts your credit in the short run but credit got you in trouble in the first place, in the long run you wont have debt. its not rocket science and as an mba student i have learned a little research goes a long way anyone can complain but see how the company works then decide if its for you if not move on. Point is your credit is bad and you need it fixed ccs, debt settlement, bankruptcy they all look bad on your credit debt settlement doesnt show up on credit but your score takes a temporary hit.

I have used creditsolutions for about 2 years, maybe less. I had four credit cards getting out of control and needed help. I saw their ad and decided to use them. They said they could cut the owed amount in half which they did not. I paid about 85-95% on each card and they refused the get the largest card amount down at least 5%. I cut my losses and told them I wanted 1/4 of payment back. I called Zwicker & Associates which handles American Express delinquent account an told them that I would make payment on the 7112.01 I owed. Got that shit paid off in 10 months. =). creditsolutions is not the greatest company to work with because you stop all payment, decreasing your credit score. They do not execute what they tell you in the beginning. I would like to say in being in so much debt and wanting to take easy ways out does not explain my character well. I have learned from my mistakes. I am using a company called lexingtonlaw to fix and erase my delinquent history.
