Default the only way out of debt.......it works !!!!!

hello readers.......to all of you struggling with debt, i have the perfect solution, guaranteed to work, all you have to do is try it.....just try it for one week and you will be amazed......
take 10% of what you earn, give it to the Lord.
Now, for you skeptics out there, you must know how this works......so let me put it into this example....
if a farmer does not plant any seed, he cannot reap a crop........it is a universal law ......
nothing planted, nothing will grow.
If you plant, your seed will grow and you WILL reap the harvest......trust me......if you attend a church and don't tithe, that is why you are in debt.......
give the Lord, who gives us all good things, 10% and operate off of the other 90%......if you don't attend a particular church, find a poor person or an organization or church ......try this !!!!!
If you make $100 this week, give away $10........
try it !!!!!!! The Lord tells us to "test" Him, to "try" Him in this area ......He knows you need to meet your financial responsibilities..........
You will be amazed......money will show up just in time to meet your needs if you tithe the 10%-----
don't waste your time with debt consolidation gimmicks....the One who created you knows what you need.......Trust in the Lord.......then, share your
experiences on this site for others to follow.....
sooooon.......all will be debt free.
God is NOT a liar. He WILL provide ALL your needs.
I wish you all the faith to try this.......
give it a go and you will be truly blessed !!!! jl

Default credit solutions.com

Well my husband and I enrolled in this program in october 07. What a waste of money and rip off. Intially it sounded very credible, but we have not heard from anyone, and we just got a letter from statewide credit warning us that they were in the process to sue. So I called credit solutions they said they would call them to see if we could get a settlement amount. Well they called the creditors and they werent going to settle for anything less than 100%. So they were never going to settle, and credit solutions was still going to take money out every month to do what with? Who knows my husband and I quickly withdrew from the program. We are just going to pay it off ourselves. Lesson learned Please read this and think about it before enrolling in this scam.

heather, you should get a 100% refund from this company if they were unable to get a settlement. If they give you the runaround and tell you that it is only a percentage of the refund make a complaint with the BBB immediately.

I had the same problem and had to fight for a refund but got one.

Default YIKES

I WAS IN A debt consolidation program AND DECIDED RECENTLY TO GO WITH CREDIT SOLUTIONS ITS ONLY BEEN ABOUT 5 WEEKS NOW AND SO FAR I DID RECIEVE A SETTLEMENT LETTER IN THE MAIL BY ONE OF MY DEBTS, SO I CALLED MY CONTACT PERSON AND TOLD HER SHE WAS VERY NICE WHILE ON THE PHONE AND ADVICED ME TO FAX THAT LETTER TO THEM SO THEY CAN RESPOND TO IT FOR THE AMOUNT THE LETTER STATED THEY WANTED ME TO SETTLE FOR IS ONLY LIKE 150. SHORTER THEN ORRIGINAL SO THEY SAY THEY CAN STILL GET IT LOWER SO I SENT IT TO THEM AND AM NOW WAITING. I SURE HOPE GOING WITH THIS COMPANY DOESNT MAKE ME WORSE OFF IN DEBT FOR I HAD JUST GOT IT GOING GOOD WITH THE LAST COMPANY WHEN I CHNGED DUE TO IT BEING MORE AFFFORDABLE AND FASTER IF IT WORKS AT ALL , YIKES WHAT A SCAREY THOUGHT....

Default Credit Solutions

So far CS has settled two of my debts, and for a good saving onthe total. Yeah, sometimes they are hard to get on the phone but I have always found them helpful and get the services I think I need.

Sounds like Discover is the sticking point. Glad I dropped that card years ago.

Since starting with CS, I have not had any calls from collectors or letters. Hope that this is not stacking up in some file of theirs and I get blindsided by some court action....

Here's hoping..

Default Process for refund against CreditSolutions.com

Hello,

I am another victim of credit solutions and invested $1452.39 before cancelling today on the phone. C.S. never did anything and working with the original creditor is actually better. Anyway, how is the process to get a refund back? Any suggestions.

Thank you.

Default They are a rip off

I am highly distraght and stressed out dealing with credit solutions. I tried to pick the best, most reputable company to help me w/ my debt, but they only made it worse. I had to handle my Target account by myself. They were of no help. The attorney for Target that came after me, told me that Target does not do business w/ credit solutions and that credit solutions knew that. Credit Solutions contacted me several times to enroll me, but somehow became so hard to contact after I signed with them. They are horrible at returning phone calls (if they even do) most likely YOU will have to continue calling, they give false and misleading information, and they have made things so much worse for me. I have yet another two outside companies working with my creditors after me (regarding Kohls and Discover (Discover might sue me). I explained to credit solutions that I DID NOT want that to happen again, like what happened w/ my Target account. Once again, they did not do anything, and let my accounts slip into the last stages before I get sued!!! Talk about stress! What were they doing the whole time? Sure wasn't keeping my best interests at hand. It is so annoying. I could have done this myself instead of paying credit solutions to sit on their butts, not call me back, and basically say "oh well, you're about to be sued." I am a mother of two, and I do not know what to do if I'm going to get sued. I feel like its too late. Iv'e been w/ credit solutions for awhile now, but they lied to me. Very distraught. Don't believe them.

Highly Frusterated I am sorry to hear about your situation. You need to file a complaint with the BBB , FTC and your state attorney general as well as the Texas state attorney general. You might be able to bet your money back and use it to settle your debt on your own or hire a settlement company that doesn`t suck. Good luck.

Default creditsolutions.com is awful

I accidentally found creditsolutions.com over a year ago when I was looking for debt consolidation. They sold me on the whole debt settlement deal. So, I stopped making my monthly payments. Months and months went by. Creditors kept calling me, I kept calling Credit Solutions. Months went by and Credit Solutions wasn't solving anything. I would call Credit Solutions, wait on hold for a long time, give them the creditor info, and still...no results. More creditor calls. So I settled two of the cards myself. On one of my final cards, I entered the program with about a 2k balance. I just got notice from Credit Solutions that they're willing to settle for 1800 and that's a 1200$ savings because my balance is 3000 dollars. When I called to ask where they got a 3k balance from, they told me because of fines and fees, my new B of A balance was over 3k. I went nuts. I was told not to worry about the fees and interest because those would be thrown out when settlement time came. Why would I risk my credit history over a 200 dollars savings? After reading everything about this company online, I'm surprised there is no class action lawsuit against them. They shouldn't be in business. I spoke to someone else that used them. They had 80k of debt and could only afford to pay off 60 because of loan provided by a family member. Credit Solutions said no problem. Over a year went by, and Credit Solutions was settling accounts, but taking a massive monthly fee at the same time. By the time their 60k ran out, they still had one card left that had a balance of 10k. They would have been better just filing for bankruptcy and not even borrowing from family. What a joke. In my opinion, if you have debt problems, you have 3 choices. Bankruptsy, keep making the payments, or settle yourself. You don't need to hire a deblt settlement company to settle credit cards. I did the two myself and saved a lot of money. Credit.com has a lot of useful info.

Good luck and do yourself a favor. Never use a credit card, ever, ever, ever, again. It's not worth it.

The Law firm of Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP. has filed a class action law suit against them. Any one ripped off by credit solutions should contact them and get in on possibly recouping some of your losses. Looks like karma is finally coming back to bite them.

Default Credit Solutions

I am so glad I took the time to read this. I was going to sign up tomorrow. They called me at least 5 times in the past two days. Their sales pitch seems too scripted. I have talked to at least 4 reps and they all say the same thing. I am really in serious trouble due to being laid off for 6 months. I need help, not more debt.

I have been with CS for over a year now. There was some miscommunication somewhere in the middle but now things are back on track and they have finally settled my accounts for 50%. They also took care of things when I was talking to the collection agency, ARS, that was trying to really screw me over. I settled and made the payment to the collections people, ARS, and they were trying to screw me by not giving me the settlement in writing. The lady I have been talking to at CS put the smack down on them and got it for me in 15 mins and I had been waiting 4 months for it. So, I guess you can say that for me, CS worked and got the job done. Their customer service is also really nice. Would I ever take this route and do it again? DEFINATELY NOT!!!

Default CreditSolutions.Com

Hi Everyone,
I am a former loan officer with a top credit union. Your best bet is to go with Consumer credit counseling. This is the only company that is recommended by your creditors and the credit reports. CS and other debit consolidation companies will tell you bad this about CCC because they want to get large fees from you. If you notice, the fees are more the savings with the creditors. CCC is the only there is a fee, but it is to help with processing and it is way lower than any of the other companies. IMPORTANT POINT: Your payments will be made monthly. The process may take longer than other companies, but you did not get into this debit overnight, so it is going to take longer than a night to get out of it. CCC will set a plan that will work with your current financial situation. Now the credit report part. Because you are making the arranged payments, your credit report with reflect that, but until you are done with the program, it will show that you are with CCC and you will have a had time getting credit. But once you are done, the CCC info will be removed and your creditors will report as if you paid on your own. This means a high credit score. ANOTHER IMPORTANT FACT: When you make a settlement, this is considered income at the end of the year with the IRS and your credit report will reflect this. CS does not explain this to you. Imagine, $5,000 in settlements only to be counted as income at the end of the year. How about that, payoff some creditors and get a tax bill to start your new year if you do not have enough write offs to give you a tax break. I called CS because I wanted to understand how this program worked, and basically, they told me that it's ok to let my creditors go late because they do not negotiate anything until you have saved up the money (outside of their payment), and they call the creditors and say everything that you can do. They told me the creditors work better with them that with an individual person. The rep did not want to discuss the condition they are putting your credit rating or the tax liability. Actual the rep made fun of the situation. When I continued to question him, I was told, that I was not ready for the program because I was, GET THIS, over thinking about things. I should just go with it. So please people, OVERTHINK. Your creditors would rather work with you than have to write of your account. It would be better to have a couple of 30 to 60 days late with some payment to the creditor, than no payments at all waiting to save up money to make a settlement agreement with 1 creditor at a time with possible account write offs and judgements. I understand the economy is hard and will get worst, call your creditors if it is still too much to handle, call CCC. If you don't believe what I am saying about CCC, check with your creditor and the credit reporting companies. They do not get kickbacks from CCC as the debit settlement companies will suggest. They want your money so they will say anything. You can file bankruptcy for less than what you pay them.
