I have $55,000 in credit card debt. I am current in payments,but it is getting harder and harder to keep up. Is there any hope for me?

Yes, you still have a way to resolve your problems. There are some debt management programs through which you will be able to pay off your creditors at lower interest rates. A debt consultant will negotiate with your creditors for a suitable repayment plan and get most of the fees waived off. He will offer different pay off options. In case, you are unable to afford the debt consolidation plan, there is another option like debt settlement. The payments in this plan are much lower as compared to debt consolidation. Talk to the counselor and he will figure out a suitable plan according to your situation.
