I have been trying to reach someone from there for about three days. I have e-mailed twice and sent a pm on his site. Is this normal? I sent a list of my debts as it says to on the site, but no reponse. Any ideas??

He will get in touch with you I think that he is extremely busy from what I have read about other people trying to get ahold of him. Hang tight, give a couple of more days he will get back to you.

Alot of people on here have said good things about him. I haven't personally used him though. Do a search and read what other people have said about him.

I will be leary of signing up with a company that are not quick in answering to their customers. After all, you are paying them for their services. Few others were also complaining about them. Do you have their customer care number? You may try to reach someone there.

I'm with Bony- if they aren't answering me- I get nervous. Even though some have used them and seem pleased, try to get other opions and research on them, and of those who have completed the program.

They may be a great company, but since coming to this site, I really check into everyone, their practices and reputation...Good Luck..KAren Very Happy

Me too. I used to be the world's worst at trusting companies, but now, I make sure I check the bbb, and also get opinions before I commit to any company at all. Particularly when it comes to me sending them money for services.

according to the BBB, he has been in business since 1996 and has 3 complaints. i called him and he gave me the link to his bbb report. he is very specific about who he accepts as clients. it seems he handles a select group of clients with high debt amounts and sets up settlements very early on in the program with the creditors themselves for extremely low amounts and each get installments toward the settlement. he works very different from the other companies i consulted. i also requested referrals from other clients and have spoken to 2 of the 4 he provided and he seems to be on the ball.

he is definitely legit. i really looked into him since i have also read that he is a tough to get on the phone but email he responds right away.
