How do I keep the same debt from being cycled and reported?

I have a debt that keeps getting cycled thru multiple CA's and reported to the credit bureaus when I ask them for validation. They each have sent me a letter when I ask, but it is by no means validation. It's just some bogus form letter saying I owe the money.

How do I stop this downward spiral?

File a dispute with the credit bureaus. Come to my site, and on the side is a link called "sample letters for all collection needs". You'll find the appropriate letter for this.

Hi AnthonyLemons,

I went to your site and found the link, but I'm not sure which of those letters I should be using. Many of them look the same to me.

Send the one that says, that "the collector never validated, but the credit bureaus say it has been validated"
