I have read all the blogs regarding GFSIL. I just want to know have anyone beaten them yet? Has anyone had a situation where they just stopped calling? I too have been threatened as far as garnishments, calling my supervisor, charging me 180.00 dollars to find out her acct. information and taking the money from her acct., and calling me all day at work until I pay.

YEs, they scare me, too...wondering how to handle. Not worth humiliation over 325 dollars I don't know............I think they'll be worst about calling my work / my boss

I wouldn't pay them a dime. They run their business from out of the country and if they get your contact info again they will start harrassing you over the phone to continuously collect more and more money from you even if they are breaking laws.

the only way to stop this illegal UK pdl is to close your current account and open a new one.yes after 1 year of 68.00 debits.they go way more than the 200.00.
