I need to send a letter to these people but I can't find them. When I emailed them revoking their ACH priviledges they replied with "we cannot stop the withdrawal until the account is paid. Three attempts will be made each time. Three times they sent that email when I revoked them three times. Months later they are still trying to debit my frozen account. I have already paid them more than they are entitled to. I can't call them as I do not want to get involved in weaselspeak with some snippy low life. I need an address and I just can't find one anywhere. I also need it for the AG. They need to locate them. They are registered in Utah. Any Ideas? They operate under Loan Point USA. I posted this earlier but it seems to have disappeared when the site went down.

It looks like they are doing unauthorized withdrawals in your checking account. You should let your bank know about their illegal debits and stop from being charged any NSF fees. Speak to your state Attorney general because they might be well aware of this company. They will immediately put an investigation and get the real status of your account.

Yeah it did disappear, frogpatch, because I wrote a response to it! I know what you are going through because United Cash Loans won't stop trying to debit my account either even though my account is closed.

Thanks for that address. I will send a certified there and see if anyone signs. My account has been on deposit only for a couple months. They just keep trying anyway. I have their refusal to stop in writing which is a plus.

Cajunbulldog. The reason I am trying to find them is so the AG knows where to look. The complaint form in Florida asks for the company's address. Also I would like to file against them in the state where they are.This was suggested by the attorney general in Florida in my complaint against my favorite Route 66. The Florida AG never followed up on my complaint so far as I know.

Cajunbulldog,with all due respect I don't see the police in Clearwater Fl. pursuing anyone outside their jurisdiction. They may issue a local warrant if they have a name.
