How can you stop them SJM MARKETING or any Internet payday loan from debiting account

There are two ways. Pay the loan off (which usually is not an option because if you had the money you would not have taken the loan in the first place). The other way is to close your account and open a new one at a different bank.
If the pdl is legal in your state, try to work out payment arrangements with them.

SJM isn't legal in any state.

They also said any internet payday loan so I was not sure if they had a legal one also.
