This book is a joke. He offers you up to four books for the price of one. And then offers a newsletter. The newsletter is free for the first 30 days then you cancel or you get charged $9.95
I told the operator I didn't want the newsletter, but he sent it anyway. I was recently looking at a credit card statement and guess what...I have been charged $9.95 for the past 5 months. I called and raised hell today and cancelled. I do not suggest anyone order these books and get taken the way I did. Save yourself some money. Funny he is telling you "Debt cures" but creating debt for you without you even knowing it. The items in the book are common sense things you would know just by searching the internet. |

The book is written in very large font to appear "packed with pages of information". It's not. It's pretty common sense stuff - he's just trying to make a buck. Like when he was an expert in Coral Calcuim and Medical Cures they don't want you to know about - his only expertise is taking money from people and he knows "JACK" about debt issues/budgeting/solutions, etc.

I think the book would come in handy for anyone in debt collection phase even though it is basic many people are not aware of the good advise given not secret or cure but knowledge that many people in debt industry probably didn't want published

I am very surprised to see all the negative reviews about Kevin Trudeau. Many of us waste plenty of money on meaning less things, so spending $20 on a book that COULD have a positive effect on your future is worth a try. It's kind of hard to have a comment or a opinion about something that we don't know about. My advise to all is to find out for yourself and develop your own opinion. Don't just take some else word for it. One reviewer gave wikipedia for a reference. Well, I am a college graduate and know that wikipedia is not a reliable source of information. Why? Because anyone can post on wikipedia, ANYONE.
I bought the book and read the entire book within a week. I found the book to be very informative and would recommend it to anyone. Debt cures taught me a lot of things that I was not aware of. For all the individuals that are posting negative comments on Kevin Trudeau, that is your opinion and you are certainly entitled to it. Just be advised, "never knock it til you try it", and "always be willing to learn new things and be open minded to new approaches and posibilities". It could change your life. |

Been there done that. Should have saved your $20 bucks and spent 20 minutes reading this website. Tells you everything in his book and then some. Took you a week to read it? Wow...poor comprehension?

hey maybe Kevin surf's the net and he's just trying to justify what he sells.
I could see it being a good gift for someone who doesn't have internet access ... __________________

Wow- some of Kevin's relatives on here or something? No one here is "ranting and raving" about the content of the book. We are simply discussing the validity of the supposed "author" itself and the way he and his representatives abuse the privacy of customers who order directly from them by reselling their private information, as well as enrolling them in subscriptions to programs and other things that were never divulged to the consumer, who then later starts getting "surprise" charges on their credit cards from him.
If you want to buy the book and form your own opinion of the information presented in there, by all means, do. However, I can't imagine why anyone would want to purchase financial advice from a man who has done jail time and been federally charged for fraud practices. And no, that information just doesn't come from Wikipedia, either. It's official information as well on the website for the Federal Trade Commission. Oh, and I'm a college grad, too. Have a Masters, and attended a private university. So you're not impressing me with your arguement for linking to Wikpedia, Guest. It's simply a quick, easy source with links to sources OF OFFICIAL INFORMATION like the Federal Trade Commission, for those who wanted to do some further research. __________________

Many people on this site have said that this man is basically a crook. You know what I believe you. However there is one simple point you are ignoring.........who knows better than a criminal how to get away with things. If he has been fined and sued as many times as you imply then he evidently knows something because he is not in jail and still able to make money. Even though the information may be available free on the web, I think the books are convienent. As the guest said, you have attacked Trudeau however you havent listed any reliable sources. I was reasearching the book and I have not seen where you have given me anymore info than he has. I am really considering buying the book. I have done research on the web myself and if you dont have a lot of time on your hands, you can hang it up.

Hi all, Rocio mentioned the 2 secret words earlier as being Statute of Limitations and Identity Fraud. What is the length of time on the statutes? I have not filed bankruptcy but have old credit card debt and am curious to know if that is even a viable option after reading all this. Sounds like ol' Kev is so slick he might want to bid on the IL Senate seat!
