I am a 45 year old woman who was just dumped by a man I was with for 9 years.I moved here for him and started a new job for a 50% cut in pay and then he decided to leave.Leaving me in a difficult situation.I really would like to keep the place we are living in.But in order to do that I need to get a roomate.That is just a start.Iam $11,360.61 in secured dept.and about $4,000.00 unsecured dept plus living expenses.If anyone could help me before I become homelees would really appreciate it.

Hi Debbie, be strong and keep your chin up. These rough days in your life won't last long. Everything will be just fine. One consultant from this website is referred to discuss about your debts. He will help you in setting up a plan with your creditors. I hope if you can find an extra job, it will be a big help towards other necessary expenses.

Are you current on your debt? If so maybe by calling them and explaining (without too much personal details) that your finances have temporarily dropped, they may let you pay a lower amount to keep you from getting behind. I was able to do this one time myself - not sure if it would always work, but just a thought.
