I am in debt due to student loans and old bills from when I was in school struggling to find a job. Is there any way that I can consolidate my student loans,bills, and a parent plus loan, that my mother took out to help pay for my schooling, that I am fullie taking responsibility for?

You can't consolidate what is strictly in her name. If she is a co-signer or the loans are yours you can. Did you ask for the free consultation when you signed up?
