Welcome to the Community Very Happy Here is a link that explains 12 ways to solve your debt, including consolidation at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/debt-solution.html When you talk with the credit counselor, they can go over your debt to income ratio, and you can decide which, if any would benefit you. I have also called the cc companies and asked them to drop the interest so I could get it paid off faster, and it has worked for me-sometimes you have to call them over and over until you get one that will work with you. Feel free to ask questions, we are here to guide and support you in becoming debt free..Karen

Speak to the consultant about consolidation/settlement program. You may decide to work on the repayment plan that suits in your situation. Right now, your main concern is to become debt free. When all the debts are paid off, your scores will improve.
