You have the wrong website. This community is to assist individuals with their debt and do not take anyone's money for the advice that we give. It sounds as if you hired a company that is not working with you. Do you have an address for them? I would suggest that you speak to your bankruptcy attorney in regards to this matter, also file a report with the BBB and FTC. Someone will be along shortly to advise you further.

Good luck and let us know if you have any further questions.

Does your contract with this company state you are entitled to a refund if you cancel within a certain length of time?
