I think they only do debt settlement on credit cards but you should call them to make sure. Have you tried calling your mortgage company for a loan modification?

I called them and spoke with someone and they don't do loan modifications there at Debt RX USA. I called my I did enroll my credit cards with one of the representatives and he was honest on how settlement works as I have researched it extensively.

Beware of a company that operates out of several different names. Check out Worry Free Debt Relief....Seems to be the same web site. Steer clear of these rip off artists, and deal with your debts . The credit card companies will work with you, and you won't have to pay commisions to these theives

Actually, I researched debt settlement companies for several months and Worry Free Debt Relief was one of the companies I spoke with. I also found that Debt RX USA had a very similar website but if you compare more closely the Worry Free site has been copyrighted and also posts several accreditations that I confirmed with those listed. I informed Worry Free of the other site and they were very thankful and are looking into it. I have been in their program for 8 months now and everything Worry Free Debt Relief told me up to this point has been 100% accurate. I have even settled 2 of the cards I put into their program so far. I am VERY happy and have referred several friends. Anyone that needs help with a debt situation should definitely research several companies but I would recommend that Worry Free Debt Relief be one of them.

I want to let you guys know that I actually finished the program with Debt RX USA within 6 months. I had over 16,000 in credit card debt that was settled for $3572, so I am a believer. It is a weight off my shoulders. I have spoken to a Lauren, a Sandy, a Jordan, and I just had my mom enroll with them and she did talk to Reggie. I now am looking for the best way to rebuild my credit, any suggestions would be appreciated. The debt is gone I just need to know the best way to rebuild my credit without getting into debt again.

Debt RX sucks. They have been nothing but trouble from day one. They never explained anything. Here I am 7 months into a contract and they have done NOTHING. I am done with them for good. I could have worked out deals with my creditors and been 7 months ahead of the game, instead of just being screwed over. Like one person said, RUN fast.

Debtrxusa is the WORST! I have had nothing but problems with them and I fired them today because they authorized a payment to be taken out of my account when I had no money, now my account is overdrawn and they didn't want to do anything about it. Sabrina Bermudez and Brandon Armstrong...STAY AWAY! Is there a way I can sue them?

they are a RIP OFF! NONE of my creditors ever had contact with them . You can settle your debts yourself. call the "collections" dept of each creditor, ask who holds the debt . I have settled everything myself for no more than 50% & everyone has been wonderful. I plan to report Debt RX to the State Atty's office, etc. PLEASE ,NO ONE with them.

My husband and i thought we would try them out and they suck. We cancelled with them at the beginning of the month did everything they wanted us to do and they still did an automatic wiithdrawal from our account. when we called them back to find out why they said it shouldn't of happened since they show we cancelled it. Still waiting for a refund eight weeks later.

Debt RX made things worse for me than it was before. I originally posted on here a few months back that we enlisted the help of this company. I have two small children and about 40k in debt. They have done NOTHING but take my money every month. We now have a wage garnishment because CHASE no longer works with debt settlement companies. CHASE sent a letter to Debt RX and also emailed it to me (upon my reuqest) and this all happened in NOVEMBER!!! When I asked Debt RX Lauren about it she said they are liars and have been working with the attorneys office that is suing me. I called the attorney office back and they gave me the names and dates that DEBT RX called and also told me what was said (attorneys office records the converstaion). Well the last bit of talking Debt RX did with CHASE was back in NOVEMBER! And yet December, Jan and Feb and March they told me they are working with them all the while taking my monthly payment out. We have never recevied any settlement. I am now out of DEBT RX and on the verge of bankruptcy. The garnishments is coming out of husbands weekly check and the laws in our state is they can garnish 25% of his weekly pay. CHASE also garnsihed my entire checking account and savings account as a one time garnishment. I told DEBT RX I wanted a refund at least from December until present and they just hung up on me. Everytime I call I have to leave a message, no one ansers the phone. I send emails after emails. I have already requested any reports from the Attorney Generals office and I received 4 complaints from my state all within a 45 day period. One state has already issued a class action lawsuit against this company for their outragous fees and broken promises.
