dont ever use them!! after 8 months of them taking my money they settled 1 debt for 300 less...calls unanswered..they are a scam..now 8 mths later im in bankruptcy...i had offers of settlement but for thousands down...and payments of hundreds a month..if i had that i would of paid my bills...
we tried them for 9 months..they took there fees every month but did nothing for us..as a matter of fact we were worse off with all the late fees...no one ever answered our questions or even made a settlement in almost a year...brandon jd they allo suck and lie..they take there fees but thats it stay so clwar of this company now its bankruptcy!!!
I used them and found them to be anything but helpful. Lies, mis-information, and a general lack of accountability was all I experienced from them. Basically, the ripped me off for over 2700.00
so agree they screwed us also..took fees settled nothing...they should be shut down!!!
MIKE MILES is a FRAUD, and a LIAR. He is the Head of this "Raquett". STAY AWAY. Minnesota's AG has filed a class action suit on behalf of all those scammed by these THIEVS. I'm out almost 3,000 dollars, and am worse of because I fell for this SCAM.
