owe 30k on one credit card 5k on another, and 5k on a loan no house equity, thanks for listening.

You will be soon hearing from a debt counselor in your area. Since it's the weekend, perhaps you may expect the call on Monday morning. He will figure out your options and offer you a plan at decent interest rates. Hopefully, it is going to suit to your present financial situation.
