Does anyone know if Westburry is a collection agency?
I received a letter stating that I took out a 510.00 cash advance with them which I never did nor does my checking account reflect that and now they are asking for payment options in order to pay off my loan?
Funny thing this is from Princeton Harris the same person that is trying to collect for PD6Ventures/Express cash who is affiliated with
My1Direct - What is going on here?

I have just been getting e-mails from all of these companies that they say they are affiliated with. This is crazy so, should I send Westburry a validation letter?

Your state attorney general website must be having a section where you will find the option to submit complaints/feedbacks about a company in your state. Check out if Westburry is licensed in your state. They need to have a valid license before doing the collections. Since you say never having this debt they claim, make them prove it in paper. You have the legal ways of sorting this matter and not paying anything to the company until the debt is proven.

Find out the information about a company doing legitimate business in your state from the attorney general office. The dept. of finance will also be a good source of information.
