There is a ton of complaints of this company. It used to be called Law offices of Richard A. Brennan .By the way Richard Brennan has a class action lawsuit against him and I can't wait to see him lose. Perhaps we will even get to see him disbarred.

Sounds to me like someone has a bee in their bonnet and are just wanting to stir some shit. I hardly think that Richard A.Brennan has earned the rank of "most infamous" ever. What about Johnny Cochran or Robert Kardashian? They got a murderer off! Robert Kardashian made up for it though by making such hot daugters...

They helped to defraud America of it's values. Sean , I hardly think they defrauded American values. That is completely different. Cochran or Robert Kardashian didn't commit fraud. Even scum bag murders like OJ are allowed legal representation . You may not like it but thats how our judicial system works dude. Read the US Bill of Rights. Its not a perfect system but thats how our system works and its the best system being used right now. Richard A Brennan knowingly defrauded people needing debt help. He offered them hope and instead he gave them misery .They trusted him with their hard earned money and he took their money with no intentions of helping them. Thats called fraud and that is why he is having a class action law suite against him. Cochran or Robert Kardashian didn`t have legal trouble with the Maryland state attorney general or any attorney general for that matter. Also they have never had to worry about being disbarred unlike Brennan. That the difference , Brennan broke the law where as Cochran or Robert Kardashian didn`t.

How did he defraud people? If people cancel a program before paying the fees they contracted for, how is that a fraud? What about the people who just signed things without reading them first? Is that his fault? I think alot of people are just mad because their debt didn't disappear, and they're impatient. It took me 4 years for my debt to get settled, and I had to pay $5,000 up front, $500 a month until it was paid off. I didn't whine or complain. I read the contract, asked the right questions, and knew what I was getting into. Maybe that's why it worked for me? The real frauds are the credit card companies who loan millions of dollars in bad debt to people that they know can never repay it. It's coming home to roost now, and it'd not bother me to see a few of these holier than thou companies get their whatfer.

In response to "CommonSense".........you must work for Brennan and/or Frederick Law Group. If you don't work for them, just try them out for debt relief and see how far you get! You will be singing a different tune, I guarentee!!

Don't pay them squat.
Frederick Law Group, LLC or AKA Law Office of Richard A. Brennan is a rip off. They have a class action law suit against them and has the Maryland AG coming after them. |
