WOW! It's all the same story we have. I finally decided to see if there were any complaints against this horrible company and found plenty that match us exactly. The double bank drafts, phones that don't work, acct transferred to top firm paralegal Dustin Harkness. No one responding to my emails and when they do, they never give me an answer. They just say they will review the account and get back with me next week and they are sorry about the inconvience. I am so frustrated. How do these people sleep at night knowing what they are doing to families. They have emailed our personal info to another client in error and they even sent me a "please come back" package last week and charged me $0.59 postage that I had to pay the post office. Charles Bridges was our assigned paralegal and never responds to our emails. I would love to actually get to speak with someone there to tell them exactly what I think but no one ever answers the phone. Not a big suprise to anyone else I guess. And what is with the message from Greg. Shouldn't a paralegal know how to spell. Maybe he was laid off for actually helping people. I hope the Frederick Law Group is in a Class Action Suit and I hope I am front and center to get my money and to spit in the face of everyone that works there. Lets watch them crumble as they have watched us. It would be an awsome bonus to see a little jail time for them too. Thanks for your helpful info. I will now be emailing my "paralegal Dustin Harkness" to cancel.

I've worked with Mr.Harkness in the past and never had any problems. I also worked with Greg Pierce, who crude though he was, was helpful as well.

I worked with Greg too! Though his spelling was kind of bad, he was good at making me feel better when I called and he did settle a Chase account while he was assigned to me.

After closing our account with Fredericks because the creditors they were supposed to be helping with garnished my wages, I closed the account. They told me it would take 14 days to issue my refund check. After a month of threatening them, I got a check. IT BOUNCED!!!!!!!

I was client of Capitol as well & now Frederick. They have scammed me out of $2300. I spoke with a Charmaine Palmer when I called never to speak with her again & not to mention my emails go unanswered. I wonder if the employees know whats going on in this company? I'm sure they receive calls nonstop & to think they don't ask questions, how dumb can one be. It seems like all the people working there are in on it also. I hope they know they do not have stable position within this company, all good things will come to a end. Dustin's voicemail says he is on a extended leave, REALLY?!. This is BS!

You need to file a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General.

Brennan took $7,000.00 of my money. I thought he was paying my debts, but now my credit it ruined. After almost two years, I finally got someone to send me a 600.00 check from some office that claimed to be part of his practice...but it bounced!! I found out it is a felony to bounce a check of this amount. Anybody heard anything about the law suit against him? I have filed complaints with everyone I can think of in Maryland. I have hired a lawyer to sue him.

Just checked the BBB and FLG is not currently rated.
I have been served with a summons which is a total surprise since I have been paying FLG for almost 2 years and have FAXed all current copies. Oh Boy.
Now you say say the AG is going after him, Richard A. Brennan.
I haven't received a statement from Bank of America either. Everyone I know has been telling me this is a scam. I was hoping, after 18 months it wasn't. Why isn't Consumer credit counseling responisble. THEY sent me to this guy!

My story is just like everyone elses. Started with CrediCure, then transfered to Brennan and now fighting iwth Fredrick Law Group. I have continously asked them to pay accounts with the money that they have in my so called trust account. They will not return my call, and the one they did try to settle they bounced the check and the account has almost doubled because of it. These people need to be stoped. I have contacted the attorney general, Better Business Bureau.
I contaccted the Maryland Bar Associationa and OAG.
I feel really sorry for anyone that is involved with this Law Group. They collect your money and then never call you or your cerditors.
