steelers - did you see my last post to you? did you just send the letter to all of the companies that you were working with? Did you have any trouble once they received the letter and the complaint from teh AG? Also, how long does it take the AG to contact them?

Sorry, I didn't see it. For all the other internet pdls, you should send the settlement letters. I had no problems with them once my AGs office received the complaints and notified them. As for how long it takes for the AGs office to act on them, that depends, I don't know how quick they are to respond in your state, I'm in OH. I filed my complaints online which meant they got them the next morning and took action. So OH's AG office is pretty quick to respond.

You just need to work out an arrangement with CashNetUsa, they are licensed with your state. The others will settle with you once you take the steps we have been telling you to. And I have not seen a response to your questions putting up blocks. You just need to treat CashNetUsa as if they were a storefront pdl, because they are licensed in your state.

NONE of your internet pdls are licensed in your state other than CashNetUsa. NONE OF THEM.

Laverne, Take a breath- Brown Sugar and Steelers have answered your questions, go back and take them step by step. You just need to deal with Cashnet, and see what you can do. They can't garnish without a judgement, and you aren't there yet. Don't borrow any more trouble. Just take it day by day, step by step. Good Luck...Karen

i saw that but it said not permitted roll over so that mean they are not suppose to roll over take the full pay all at once like cashnet usa and cashcenters tranfers. they do it like the law says the rest doesnt they have been rolling me over since may i dont even care if they dont send it back just say it is paid off. this will work for me then they have gain i lost but i sont have to deal with them again.
