Emerald Marketing is taking money from my account. How to stop them?

I got a payday loan with Emerald Marketing Group LLC. It was actually done online so I don't remember the website... next thing I know, I had a deposit from Emerald Marketing... now they are taking from my checking account... I have NO WAY of contacting them... this is such a rip off and ludicrus!!! Does anyone know how I can reach them so I can stop this!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

well chances are you e-signed.i doubt they have your actual hand written signature.even so unless he co-signed again i doubt that.they can't do that if they threaten that then it's another garbage threat from a garbage pdl.just know that.besides all internet pdl's are illegal in ky so they can't do a thing except call,and stupidly threaten.everything that comes out of their mouths will be hot air.

The somehow got my number by accident. I have never dealt with them.  They did leave a message though.  If you need to try to get in touch with them the name on my message was Lori.  The phone number was 800-370-6250 x1113. I hope this helps you.

I took out a pay day loanfrom Emerald  in May of 2011 for $200, I picked the option to have them take the full amount of $260 out of my very next week pay. It is now almost February of 2012 and have paid $1080 to them , no way to get them to call me back and no longer a website to contact them.

is rue pay ay loans is no solution to your poblems but they don't lie about what they do thy will send you an e mail that explain everything, is very clear if you borrow 300.00 you will pay 390 and every two weeks it will be 90.00 until you pay the principal.

I also had a load for $200 for Emerald. I saw that they were taking $60 every two weeks out of my account. I thought that it was for payment on the loan but when the amount reached $300 I called and they said the $60 for a fee and the until the principal ($260 now) had been paid back they would be taking out $60 every two weeks as a maintenance fee. I called my bank and put a stop payment on there company and notified the BBB about this practice, They are now looking into this company because what they are doing if illegal.

 When appiling for a payday loan you are borrowing money from such company with the understanding you will pay them back  on your next pay day. You have the choice to pay them in full over in  incruments through out the loans histroy. If you recieved an email from them simply reply back telling them to take out what you owe plus the fee too close out the loan.. ( 800 ) 432-1000 Leave a message if a person dosn't answer when you finf your opption... If this don't work you must close your account and send them a witten letter stating that they are no longer authorized to take out ACH from your account. As well let your back know this same infomation fill out an unauthorized ACH form with your bank.....

I am an ex employee of this company and they are a complete rip off! Tell your bank to put stop payment and when they call you have a recorder ready because they break about every law in the book! They will threaten legal action and its all a lie to try to get you to pay. They also operate Shamrock Marketing Group which is completely illegal! As far as I know they do not hold a license in any of the states they operate in. They are located at 515 W 75th Street  Kansas City,MO 64114 and their number is 800-370-7706

i made a loan with another loan company and i guess they were stealing my information for this co iwas dealing with and when i checked my account thismorning i had two debits one from thecoi'm dealing with and one from emerald. i immediately closedmy account! i contacted the co i'm delaing with via fax because i use to email but i think they can grab your info from theemails so dont email!!
