Found on Rip-off.com

Hess Kennedy is a big SCAM:

I use to work for Hess Kennedy for almost a year and for the months that i worked there i saw alot of shady things happen to innocent people who made a couple bad financial decisions and are paying for it even worst through this economic time through hess kennedy. The name of the company I worked for was called Americorp. We never could let clients on the program or new clients know that we actually worked for a company called Americorp. To me i thought americorp was actually a debt relief company until I started putting two nd two together. Since working at this place i was representing so many different companies Hess Kennedy, Consumer Protection Law Center, Allegro Law and Mezey and Associates.. WE WERE ALL THE SAME COMPANY taking the same calls. How the program worked was clients were suppose to make a monthly payment which partial went to fees nd partial to there escrow but in certain situations especially for clients who weren't on top of there A game were ripped off and everything was going to the company. We were told if a client threatened attorney general or to contact the BBB they would automatically get all there money, (I WANTED TO TELL EVERYONE WHO WAS BEING RIPPED OFF) it was true and actually happened until the attorney general and the receiver in FL took over. We were told to tell anyone who called that we had lawyers on board but they were all busy and to take a messege and someone would get back to them. We never had lawyers we were a call center with a group of people who was just trying to make a decent living but was actually scamming innocent people. When things started to hit the fan my boss told me that we were not Hess Kennedy and all the fake lies were not true about our company then she told me that we were the processing center for Hess Kennedy (all the same). Thank God I no longer work there and found something legit.

This is why when Allegro was sued, they were also sued with Americorp. Just look at the docket on Justia.com and see both names. Allegro Law IS part of Americorp is Mezy is Hess Kennedy etc. Make no mistake here. Facts are facts...sorry.

Check my posts on other names they go by to see more names.

Tom321 is an idiot. Goes to tell you what a random newspaper ad telemarketer knows. Americorp is a processing company for like 200 debt settlement companies moron. Allegro has nothing to do with Hess Kennedy or Mezey. You don't have a clue on how the industry works. You use this forum like a gas station bathroom wall, you call every company on this site a scam. Look up Tom321 on this site and you can see he calls Freedom Debt Relief a scam, Superior Debt Services a scam, FDRS a scam, and every other company that is rung on this site a scam. Instead of wasting your time ranting nonsense on this site (like a stupid dog chasing its tail in circles), why don't you apply your time to something that will benefit your future and career... god your a waste... I never seen anything so pathetic... really!

If I don't have a clue then why do you keep coming in here defending yourself from my comments. If I'm a waste why bother? It's because I'm so RIGHT. And every time YOUR workers tell the truth on you on the net, I and I stress (I) somehow don't know what I'm talking about. As if I said these things. You seem to forget that I get my info from YOU and your ilk. You tell on yourselves. Entertain me some more with your BS.

Ummmmmm....they are scams. It's all over the net. And that's not every one. I'm curious to know what I say about Nova Debt? You seemed to have left that one out. Hmmm I wonder why? So yes look up what I say about those companies. It just might help you out.

The more you respond, the more I know I'm beating you and spreading the word.

Down with the scam....LOL.

Oh and I forgot

Quote: "Americorp is a processing company for like 200 debt settlement companies moron."

Telling on yourself again. What stand up company does this?

People, if a company does not do their own business from beginning to end then that's a big red flag. Last but not least ALWAYS CHOOSE LOCAL, NOT the internet.....LOCAL. Therefore you can talk to someone IN PERSON. Therefore if they shank your calls show up at their office. Therefore if they scam you you bring the cops right to their door and you know just who to sue.

I have been with Allegro law for over half a year now. They have already worked with getting rid of more than 1/3 of my total debt. The only problem that i have ran through is people seeing that i am on a debt management program (in regards to me needing a new car ASAP). In this situation, ALLEGRO is willing to send notification to your dealership in regards to them OK-ing you getting another loan! It's also easy to throw extra money you may have lying around to the debt, outside of your monthly payment window. I call them all the time and have not had any problems yet. Totally recommend these guys

LOOK what I found. This is from Brad Daley from Court Mediation Service aka CMS PERSONALLY on Rip-off.com. This is what he said after someone complained about his scam.

Steve,
You are neither now nor have you ever been a client of mine. Your statements are totally false and constitute libel. If I find out who you are, I will sue you and then show you what real debt collection means. This goes not only for you but your frequent posting friends and any other company or organization. Anyone who wants a real legal opinion of CMS should contact my General Counsel, Attorney David Grossack in Massachusetts. Attorney Andy Nelms in Alabama is another source for information. For the record, not one client has EVER been dissatisfied with me or my service. As such, I have resisted posting comments here because this site is not a trusted source for information. Anyone can post a blog about any company and state anything. This site promotes extortion and my sources indicate the 'owner' is not even in this country because of a Federal indictment. They will only remove blogs if paid enough money. Always check the source of information like this. Lastly, Steve, you have just found the best way to get sued by making such claims or statements.

If you notice he mentions the name ANDY NELMS. Andy is suppose to be in charge of Allegro Law. Now we all know the CMS process does not work and Brad Daley is not a guy on the up and up. But it seems he implements Andy Nelms in his misadventure.

I told you this is a LARGE network of people operating to make a fast buck off you. Which is why Edward Cherry of Hess Kennedy scam comes in here and defends Allegro with different names. It's clear it's him. His vocabulary in his writing is unmistakable. You have to believe this. The more tentacles the more money. It's as simple as that.

I'm done here. I've said all I can on this.

My girlfriend had signed up with Allegro law about 10 months ago to handle about $7000 in credit card debt. They set her up on $200 a month payments and she has made all of them. Now she is being sued by one of the card companies because they have not received any payments. She checked and none of the cards have received any payments. She called Allegro and they informed her that they were in negotiations (which is what they have said every time she has contacted them over the past 10 months).

She asked to close her account because it was obviously doing nothing and demanded that her money be refunded. They told her that all they could refund would be her escrow account which amounted to $600. Six hundred dollars out of $2000 and not a single penny was paid to any of the cards. That means the company took $1400 in fees to do nothing? She was also informed that there was a total of $3000 in fees for their services. They said that $66 out of every payment went towards fees but that obviously did not add up.

I just found out about this whole deal yesterday even though I have been seeing her for over 5 months. As I am an attorney I am having her forward all documentation to me for review and possible forwarding to the proper authorities. If this is truly a scam (which from the info I have it certainly sounds like one) then I will do what I can to bring that to light.

Several non-profit companies work through Allegro Law, as they fight with the creditors to lower your interest rate and cut your monthly payment. My mom just signed up with her non-profit company a monthly low payment that will be divided on time between her creditors. This is better than bankruptcy, will not stain your credit.
