Allegro Law has ties to Americorp and Americorp has ties to Mezey & Associates, Inc and we all know that Mezey & Associates, Inc has ties to Campos Law and we sure know that Campos Law has ties to Hess Kennedy.

How do I know this: Allegro law is being sued by Chase Bank on 10/3/08 Link below:

dockets.justia.com/docket/court-nyedce/case_no-2:2008cv04039/case_id-284944/

So I looked up Americorp for other actions against them. Mezey & Associates, Inc got sued in 2007. Along with Americorp. Link below:

dockets.justia.com/docket/court-ohndce/case_no-1:2007cv02426/case_id-145269/

This information can be found at justia.com.

Coincidence? uuummm....Maybe. I'll keep digging.

Allegro Law helped my sister become debt free…I did quite a bit of research on this site, as well as a dozen others, comparing companies and programs. My sister was behind on her debts over six months and the calls were coming in 20+ times a day…….my research led me to Allegro and my sister enrolled……she has had no concerns and will be debt free in about 10 more months.

I am very surprised to hear this about Allegro..My wife and I enrolled with the program and my debts are being paid. Allegro through Oasis debt relief notified me that it would take months before my creditors were paid and or negotiated. I am very happy with their service.

I work for a settlement company that sends people to Allegro and all of these comments are pretty surprising. Let me tell you that out of all the debt settlement companies I know of we chose Allegro because they are among the most respected. To address the first bloggers concerns about nothing being paid in the first 5 months....nothing will be paid until at least 9 months in. Alot of the fees are upfront and it takes a while to get the money into your account. Also, Allegro is the back end of debt settlement, they can't always control what a front end company that sends clients there say so if they give out bogus information it is there fault and not Allegro's. What is pretty amazing about Allegro is that if you aren't happy within the first 5 months they will give you back all of your money. Trust me, no other debt company even comes close to this. I am in sales and we actually have to give the money we made back is this happens, which sucks, but at least we know that the company is not screwing the customer which believe it or not is important to some of us. It doesnt happen often with us at least because the contract shows everything and we try and let our customers know exactly what is going on.
So bottom line, I dont really see anyone here that had a bad experience, just a couple people who are throwing stones. If someone knows of a better debt settlement company please tell me cause having a sale yanked 5 months after is tough but it solidifies the integrity of the company.

I also thought there was something fishy about debt settlement in general until I started doing research for my brother who was contemplating joining the army just for the signing bonus. I called many settlement companies and found everyone to be on the level, never encountered Allegro. All that I spoke with were concerned about the consumer and had lots of procedures in place to make the consumer feel comfortable. Debt settlement is a sales driven business and you will encounter that "pushy salesman personality" which turns many people off. Because I felt that the industry was providing a great service if people didnt have to deal with the high pressure tactics, I have now started doing debt settlement myself through an established company. While I was looking for a company to affiliate myself with I was sent lots of information and procedures that I would have to follow to be fair to my clients. I went with the company that I felt most comfortable with as far as their concern with professionalism, fairness, and transparency-in other words, most up front with what will be paid and where the money goes. So if anyone wants no pressure, no cost, no risk advice from a stay at home mom/debt settler, I am here! If your'e curious what my brother ended up doing, I'll tell you that too.

It’s really sad that an individual would resort to posting such dishonest, devious, and mischievous lies about one of the industry’s most reputable service providers. Calling a company with no real consumer complaints, or any relevant signs of dissatisfaction a scam is quite harsh and uncalled for given the number of clients. When I think of a scam I think about the Nigerian check cashing scam. And the attorney’s service is certainly on the opposite spectrum of such a harsh description. The problem with the internet is, it’s far too easy for a trouble maker to get online, make malevolent comments, and do so while being anonymous. I would speculate that these ranting lies about AL are the makings from either a competitor or from an individual that is seriously misinformed. There have always been miscreants and malcontents in society. The internet simply makes it easier and faster for those types to do their dirty work. When reading anything online, it's obvious that care and caution are the two most important principals everyone should observe. God bless.

Allegro is SO reputable that they are being sued by Chase Bank for the EXACT same thing that Hess Kennedy was sued for. SO reputable that they put a false address up on the BBB in Manalapan NJ that does not exist. So reputable that one of their other sites on the BBB has an unsatisfactory record. SO reputable that an employee of theirs does not know how to articulate himself in proper form. SO reputable that he is EDWARD CHERRY of the Hess Kennedy Scam. You are right, IP addresses are like finger prints. SO reputable that they resort to FALSE testimonials on this site and this thread as soon as I posted they were being sued. That's a big coincidence isn't it?

I'm done with this company. I've exposed them enough. It's up to the consumers to decide now. FACTS DON'T LIE.
