Default Being served

Do I have 20 days from the date the processor served me or 20 days from the summons was issued by the court to respond to it? I was served on 6/18/09, but the summons says it was signed and sealed on 6/12/09...input please?

You need to file an answer to the summon within 20 days from the date you received the summon and not from the date the summon was signed. Therefore, you need to file it within 7/7/09 in order to avoid default judgment.
