Support, Please!

Okay people. I have printed out EVERY piece of correspondence for Quickest-Cash-Advance and One Click Cash. I'll save US Fast Cash for tomorrow. This is exhausting! I have EVERY piece of information a person could possibly want, need, have, whatever! I filed/responded to the BBB regarding each one of them. I went OFF on the BBB regarding them. I then fired off a letter to each one of them via email and cc'd it to the BBB and the AG. No. I did not hold back. No. I did not back down. Yes. I was a ****. I'm BORED with them now! Tomorrow will be US Fast Cash. If these people want documentation, they've got documentation. Turn me over to collections, send someone to knock on my door, turn it over to a friggin lawyer. Whatever gets you off. So tomorrow will be the same for US Fast Cash. So...I'm expecting to get SLAMMED HARD on this one! MTE is going to throw down now! Keep your fingers crossed for me that nothing too terrible happens, but how many times can you say the same thing over and over! So - let the games begin, my friends!

YOU GO CANNR! It amazes me at how fast this can drain you-emotionally and mentally. I have only been dealing with this for a week and a half maybe and it is really exhausting. Every minute I have available to myself is spent doing a new letter or email to a PDL or researching for an address or trying to find a way to put food on the table for the next two weeks so that we can eat until next payday and then not be able to eat again. It is so draining. So, cannr, the best of luck to you my friend, we know how you feel and hopefully you will get some sort of positive result from your hard work. I, my friend, am not so strong, I called T&C and have them sending me a proposal to look over. KUDOS TO YOU!

Bflow - You had the stregnth to find a way out of your problems! Calling T&C isn't the weak way out! Don't even say it like that!

I have recieved responses through the BBB on MTE and today onUnited. Neither are willing to back down or pif. They are both siting my "form" letter from the internet and offering me a small amount to pay it off $190. on one and $110. on the other...though I felt I had overpaid on both. Not sure which tactic to take at this point. Does anyone have any comments on filing a law suit in civil court against them??

Of course I support you Cannr!!! I am tired of feeling sick over this and still don't know if I'm right?? And I don't seem to be getting any hep from my AG....Good luck sweetie!!!

Thanks Goudah! I didn't mean it to sound like that. It takes strength to deal with a problem and try to do it responsibly. I agree that I owe these people money, shoot, I spent the money. I just can't keep paying what I am. So, for me, T&C seems to be my answer. And actually, it's cheaper than it would have been since I ALREADY CLEARED UP 4 OF THEM MYSELF!

You guy are all that! At least I feel like I have some friends and I'm not all alone in this! Of course I'm scared to death that they're going to sick the BIG DOGS on my, but I do have a dachshund that is pretty damn mean. I could just throw her at them! LOL! They are going to stick to their "story" and I believe you should also. It's a stand off. They claim their bull crap and we claim the truth. I guess we'll just have to stare each other down and see who gives in first. But I'm not sending them any more money. I do believe I'd rather pay my friggin rent.

Exactly what I suspected would happen, DID, the three PDL's that refuse to either contact me or negotiate hit my account last night and with NO help from my bank, I am screwed. At least I went and took out as much cash as I could get without my car pmt. boucing so that I have expense money. Feeling a little better, but now actually re-thinking the T&C thing, maybe I CAN DO THIS BY MYSLELF. I am going to redraft a new letter and fax them all again on Monday, FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT! As of this morning, I have now OVERPAID ANOTHER PDL!

bflow, that bites. Your bank is full of weenies. There is no reason in this world they can not work with you. You have unauthorized charges coming out of your account. I thank goodness that I ripped a complaint letter to my bank corporate office and also to the bank branch. That did get results. I got all the pdl debits credited back on. Of course, it was a battle, but it worked. I fought the bank and obviously they saw my point of view. Have you tried ripping a letter to the corporate office? That might help. They contacted me as soon as they received my letter. It took a couple weeks to get it all cleared off - the pdl debits and the bank charges - but it came out to zero. And the hard debit block prevents ANYTHING from going through. Your bank sucks. Now your pdl's got MORE money. Man, I'd be having a total FIT right now if I were you!

Okay, I paid one of these blood sucking pdl's off today. It was one that agreed to my state maximum allowed amount. That's fine by me. I'll pay back what is legally owed. So now I'll just wait to get my PIF letter from them. Next week is another one that will be paid. They also agreed to my state maximum allowed amount. So then they'll send me a PIF letter. So...one more off my butt as of today and another off my butt next week. Lord have mercy! But, if they are cooperative and agree with my state laws, it's cool. So I'm poor now! LOL! Now....these others (MTE, etc.)I'm going to have to go out and buy a Wonder Woman suit and put it on and use my super powers! LOL!
