Back in Oct 2007, I got a letter from an atorney office stating he represented LridianConsulting,LLC for a Fleet Securied Credit Card. i never heard of this company nor was never contacted by them. I sent them a VD letter and in January the attorney's office sent me two statements from Fleet Bank and nothing else.
I again sent a VD letter requesting the same information in January, 2008. In the mail I only recieved what they are calling a final statement, in request to my request for validation and asking to discuss a settlement.
What is the next step? Is this statement along proof of validation? i used one of the sample letters from this site when I requested validation back in October.
