I'm 28 years old. When I was younger I ended up creating alot of debt for myself in turn, really hurting my credit. Just recently, I had experianced fraud in my checking account which is costing me alot of money. I have pay day loans that I am able to keep current but with the fraud that has occured, I can't pay off my debts from years ago that are preventing me from having good credit.

Have you activated a fraud alert with the three bureaus? You should file police complaints with your local sheriff and show documents to the creditors. They will waive off the accounts

I figured with not perfect credit that most theives would forgo those accounts but I guess not.
I hope that aciotsf is right and they can waive those accounts.
