Welcome to the Community Tim  Don't feel bad, we all have been there-the point is, you now need help, and we can help! If you signed up for the free credit consultation, someone from your area will contact you about options you may have concerning your debt. In consolidation, you can put all your unsecured debt into one monthly payment. usually with lower interest, allowing you to get them paid off sooner. Have you tried talking with your creditors directly to see if they will drop or lower interest so you can get these caught up? Also contacting them about lowering payments sometimes works too, or it has for me. If they won't, you can go with another option.
