This person makes some good points. Be involved, place extra funds, when available into your Dedicated Account to go toward settlements. Our Client Services is designed to answer all questions to the clients’ satisfaction; and, yes, be assertive and involved in how we work for you. While there is a $3.00 fee charged by GCS for processing payments to creditors, FDR does not charge our clients for emailing or calling us regarding their program. You can call as often as you like free of charge.

Thank you for your kind words, and, thank you for having investigated and made an informed decision when you selected FDR. The program isn’t a magic bullet. It is a partnership that involves the clients’ participation at every step as we work together to resolve their debt. Thank you.
