Why anyone in here would sign up, get a call from a stranger who is not a member of the BBB and has a shady record with several other companies in here being complained of is silly.

The United States Justice Department through the Bankrutpcy Trustee Program passed a law (they amended the bankrutpcy act)

Their are approved credit counseling Companies that are regulated by the Trustee in each Federal District.

Call them, email them. Why would you fill out a form and have your information sold to scammers.

Now who is this guy starting different topics and saying the same thing again and again. How much do you know about this website and how do you say that the personal information is getting sold. We all are here for such a long time and our info is safe here. Keep yourself away from this board and don’t start up any troubles. We heard what you had to say and thanks a lot.

You did not once say, "Hey, i checked out the trustee program, and he was right, for free, I can contact a credit counseling company that had to register with the United States Department of justice, and pass an audit. . .

This site is a scam that sells leads to credit counseling companies and debt settlement companies. . and if you do not think for a minute that the Federal Trade Commission or State Attorney Generals know that this site sells leads you are all stooooopid.

I bet the moderators get paid.

No trouble. Why will not anyone refer anyone to a free service.

Why if a form is filled out a scam company wants to charge for for a consult? The Trustee Program is well tested and well regulated.

Lead sellers, debt collectors, debt settlement companies, debt settlement lawyers, and credit counseling agencies that make money off of debt are all scammers in my book. No one is better than the other.

Anyone that takes a side is full of shit.

Why do you all lie? You know we get kickbacks all the time. Kyside just got some brand new rims, Steelers got a boob job, and this site paid for Fins to get laser hair removal off her back.
