Hey- I received something from them (and Jefferson Capital Systems) about a debt I owe and opening a credit card with them and paying at a reduced amount with no interest. Sounds too good to be true... which is whey I'm googling it now... I'd like to know more too!

I have been dealing with this comapny for two months now and have seen no reason to worry about them. I have been on the phone several times with them and they always have an answer to my questions. I've only made two payments so far, but after reading all of your responses and concerns now I'M wondering!

I just got some stuff from them yesterday and have been trying to research them. I am going to the BBB to see what I find.
I think the reason they are willing to give the credit is because most of a past due bill is late fees and overlimit fees, etc so it was not actual revenue the credit card company was counting on. Also, you are more likely to pay if they give you incentive to do so.
I will let you all know what I find

i have done the research on ripoff.com and it sounds like to me the people where expecting to much out of it. I also looked at my credit report and saw that they are already putting info from my credit card. so i am assumin they took over my credit card through metabank kind of like a bill collector. so i decided i might as well go with the program if they are already attackin my credit report!

they called me, told me about the program,, i said,, not now,i'll read tthe literature,,now they are calling insisting i accepted the program,,which i did not,, that they have it on tape,,and i need to start paying,,,ugh,,,hello ??
I have two accounts with them...they are always courteous on the phone and I have not had any problems with them having my back account routing number. I pay them online and have had no negative experiences with them. If they are offering you their program I would accept it.
