GE Money offered to settle at 30% of the balance, but I had to have pay the entire 30% within 15 days. I could'nt do it, and then it charged off a few weeks later. I am wondering if the will ever offer me a deal that good again?

I also have a credit card debt with GE Moneybank. I am hoping to settle in january when I get my income tax return. When you say they offered 30%, would you mind saying how much you owed them and how old was the debt? Also was it in collections? Thanks.
