Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - 134,000 members

I faxed a ach revoke letter to Geneva Roth Venture this past Tuesday and gave them 24 hours to mark my account Paid In Full b/c they are illegally taking money out of my account. I have already paid $780 on a $300 loan back in July. I am afraid they will take more money out of my account tomorrow b/c I have not heard back from them about the letter. What should I do?

I would call your bank and close your bank account or put a freeze on it. Tell them there has been unathorized debits coming out of your account. Be sure to check with your bank about them re-opening it if someone tries to debit it when it has been closed. You do not want to end up with NSF fees on your account. Talk with a Manager. But really try to close the account and open a new one at a different bank.
