People are telling me to consolodate all of my bills and that if i only have one payment plus my monthly utility bills that I will save money. Is this true?

It could definitely be true, especially if some of your monthly expenses include credit cards. Since you've registered, a counselor will call you after the weekend. They can help you decide if consolidation is right for you. They can also point out some reputable companies. Remember you are never under any obligation, and please check out any company you plan to use with the BBB.

Sometimes its true OMalley!
Talk to a counselor so you can have help in sorting out your options. Also check out any companies you might think of using with the BBB (like Fin said)...also search companies here using the search option, google them & try Ripoff Report.
