I would find out what the legal interest rate for loans is in Nevada (I know it's less than what you paid!) and let them know that you aren't paying another dime. $600 for a $200 loan is ridiculous! Have you validated this?

I have the problem with them. $600 on a $200 loan. I have requested in writing 3 times to validate this debt because I show no where in my old account that they ever deposited money. They keep threatening me via email and I am at the point of getting a lawyer and suing.
