Finally after weeks some said "this is a personal matter"
cannot dicuss with you. Finally found out that that are asking for some I do not know. Now my question is how did they connect the person that I do not know..scary

Just tell them they have the wrong number. If they call again after that, ask for their mailing address and send a cease and desist letter.

Maybe the other guy had the same phone number or address before you did. There could be a lot of reasons or ways to how he got your number. Anyways, seems like the debtor is not you and that is why whoever is calling eventually does not say anything about the nature of the call. At least, that is what I imagine is happening.
