i just saw on my account a online transfer from my checking account to you people what is it for? i also want my money back and if i dont receive it im going to get a hold of the BBB and let them take care of you people feel like replying send reply to email deleted per forum rules---mobile

just in this thread, 3 posts trying to hammer HSBC to no avail! I'm sending a request to close accounts today. Then hang on to the confirmation letter for the credit bureaus since HSBC won't report...

With some research, I discovered that this account was a Rooms to Go account from 12 years ago. The RS is for retail services and can be any of 40 retailers. The number I called is 1-800-537-9698. Hope this helps!!
