I too got a loan from GFSIL.They called and told my boss that they were with Washington Mutual. You really can't understand a word they are saying. My job wanted a letter from them because they debited my account on the wrong date and caused me to have an NSF. They wouldn't even give her a letter. Thanks to this website, I will be contacting my county's DA because payday loans are illegal here in Georgia where I live.

mcalhoun, read more on this forum about GFSIL. Most people dealing with them are having unauthorized debits from their bank accounts. I don't understand what connection they are making with WaMu in your case. Do you have any idea?

These fools owe me over $1000.00 in over payments of finance charges and I have reported them to every agency I could think of (Ohio ag; Nevada ag; FTC)and theyhad the nerve to e-mail me and tell me what a good customer I am and I will get discounts on my next loan!! This after I have e-mailed them the laws and codes for Ohio. ARE THEY INSANE???

This is the time of the year when you will get numerous offers from everyone around. These pdls will also come out of the hole and make people take the loan. Be cautious.

My advice to anyone regarding pdl's is: stay away from them b/c when they are finished with you, you will be in the hold deeper than you were to begin with..
