I sent impact cash a cease and desist letter and a letter revoking wage reimburement and a letter saying checking account had been closed. They called me yesterday and said they received it but did not have to follow us laws and would continue to contact me and try to debit account for money. What do I do now.

In order for them to lend in the US then they have to abide by us laws...you have covered your behind..notify your payroll that you have revoked voluntary wage assignments so that they cannot try to take your check anyway...Generally these companies ignore the letters and do what they want but its important to send them in so that you have a way to get your money back if they continue to try and take it...File a complaint with the AG and the FTC on this company...

Also since they are not in the US file a complaint with Homeland security under cyber crimes

There is nothing to worry because you have already closed your checking account. They have no other way of getting money unless they get your new bank account information. Have you already paid the principal loan amount?
